If you are registered for the conference, but are no longer able to attend, please email info.NRRHConference@gmail.com to request a cancellation and a refund by September 28th, 2017. We are unable to provide refunds for requests received after September 28th.
Members of the Canadian Society for Circumpolar Health and the Society of Rural Physicians of Canada are eligible for a discount on conference registration. To be eligible for the discount, CSCH or SRPC membership must paid prior to conference registration.

CSCH is a registered charitable organization (816889604RR0001), therefore GST/HST will not charged on registration.
Registration includes nutritional breaks, lunch on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Sunday lunch will be at Kinsmen park where traditional food will be serve by the Trapline Running Club), finger foods on Friday and Saturday evenings and supper on Sunday night with the Trapline Running Club. Registration fees as are follows:

This registration category is available as an option for members of the public, and specifically for individuals who do not have clinical, government/health care, or academic appointments. This includes, but is not limited to, youth, Elders, seniors, staff from community-based/non-profit organizations, and other residents from Indigenous, northern, or rural/remote communities. This is also available as a partner/spousal rate.
Sunday banquet tickets are not included in Community Participant registration. Tickets must be purchased separately via Trapline Marathon website).
